Geology Map System Introduction GMS is designed to process data and export graphics in Petroleum,Geology,Mining,Meteorology and Hydrology areas. GMS is a research production of more than ten years’ graphics algorithmic. It implements double triangulation and automatic contour generation for contra-faultages according to the principle of geometry topology and the flexible of triangulation. GMS has been used in many scientific research units of Petroleum industry from 1992 and the core technology was acceptedand gained high evaluation by the relative experts. GMS has powerful data processing ability. It can process any complex faultage and contra-faultage. It can draw contour map, gradual change color map and area filling map. Also GMS has powerful graphics drawing and editing functionality.
Running Environment
Main features
There are no restrictions for the complexity and the number of faultages and contra-faultages. Also they can be shown in one map.
The description for faultage data will be more accurate due to implement spacial triangulation successfully.
Contour Map can be generated automatically. There are two ways for the label of contour line, display and non-display. You can choose the contour line set or one contour line to modify.
Drawing for basic graphics includes: point, line, polyline, polygon, B样条曲线, text, parallelogram, rectangle, arrowhead and bitmap. Editing for basic graphics includes: delete, rotate, move, copy, zoom, fill in polygon, modify line style/width/color, connect and cut.
Graphics elements accord with industry drawing standard can be generated automatically. Such as grid frame and duty column, scale and north direction pointer.
